Muchas personas llegan a nuestro centro cont\u00e1ndonos esta misma experiencia y preguntando <strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1220\">c\u00f3mo calmar un ataque de ansiedad en la noche<\/strong> cuando parece que te abruma y pierdes el control sobre ti mismo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1410\">En este art\u00edculo te explico por qu\u00e9 ocurre y qu\u00e9 puedes hacer, con t\u00e9cnicas claras, sencillas y ejemplos que te ayuden a sentirte acompa\u00f1ado.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1113\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 los ataques de ansiedad suelen aparecer de noche?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1692\">La noche es un momento en el que bajamos el ritmo, el silencio aumenta y la mente tiene m\u00e1s espacio para pensar. Todo lo que durante el d\u00eda \u201ctapamos\u201d con tareas y distracciones, por la noche se hace m\u00e1s evidente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1917\"><br data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1714\" \/>Quiz\u00e1s has vivido alguna vez esta situaci\u00f3n: <strong data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1917\">\u201cEstoy a punto de dormirme y de repente mi cabeza empieza a recordar todo lo que no hice hoy, lo que deber\u00eda haber hecho ma\u00f1ana, los problemas\u2026 y sin darme cuenta, ya estoy en bucle.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"2086\">Esto es com\u00fan y no significa que est\u00e9s \u201cperdiendo el control\u201d. Primero, porque no quiero saturarte, y segundo, porque cada persona necesita algo diferente. Pero s\u00ed puedo darte algunas orientaciones que suelen ayudar a mis pacientes en mi <a href=\"https:\/\/marymarchantepsicologa.com\/en\/\">consulta de psicolog\u00eda de Carabanchel<\/a>:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2038\"><strong data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2036\">1. No luches contra la sensaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2259\">Cuando intentamos \u201chacer que pare\u201d, la ansiedad sube m\u00e1s.<br data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2099\" \/>La clave est\u00e1 en <strong data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2139\">darte unos segundos<\/strong> para reconocer lo que est\u00e1 pasando:<br data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2178\" \/>\u201cVale, esto es ansiedad. No es peligroso. Ya me ha pasado antes y acaba pasando.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2322\">Es un peque\u00f1o gesto, pero suele marcar una diferencia enorme.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2371\"><strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2369\">2. Cambia ligeramente tu entorno<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2542\">A veces basta con sentarte en el borde de la cama, encender una luz tenue o beber un poco de agua.<br data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2473\" \/>Tu mente lo interpreta como:<br data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2504\" \/>\u201cEstoy haciendo algo. Estoy segura.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2594\">Peque\u00f1os cambios \u2192 peque\u00f1os mensajes de seguridad.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2665\"><strong data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2663\">3. Respira\u2026 pero sin obsesionarte con hacerlo perfecto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2697\">En consulta escuchamos mucho:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2698\" data-end=\"2750\">\n<p data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2750\">\u201cIntento respirar, pero siento que no me ayuda.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2752\" data-end=\"2861\">La respiraci\u00f3n no tiene que ser t\u00e9cnica.<br data-start=\"2792\" data-end=\"2795\" \/>Solo intenta hacerla <strong data-start=\"2816\" data-end=\"2829\">m\u00e1s lenta<\/strong> que la que la ansiedad te pide.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"2907\">Por ejemplo, inhalar 3 segundos y exhalar 5.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"2968\"><strong data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2968\">Qu\u00e9 NO hacer cuando te da ansiedad por la noche<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"3108\">\n<li data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"3023\">\n<p data-start=\"2972\" data-end=\"3023\">No te obligues a dormir \u201cporque ma\u00f1ana madrugas\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3024\" data-end=\"3072\">\n<p data-start=\"3026\" data-end=\"3072\">No te convenzas de que algo malo va a pasar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3073\" data-end=\"3108\">\n<p data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3108\">No te culpes por sentir ansiedad.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3110\" data-end=\"3160\">Nada de esto la reduce.
