Incluye emociones muy distintas: tristeza, enfado, culpa, alivio, miedo o incluso confusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1874\">Cada persona vive las <strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1787\">fases del duelo amoroso<\/strong> de una manera distinta. No hay una forma correcta ni un tiempo exacto para \u201csuperar\u201d una ruptura.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1940\">Las fases del duelo amoroso explicadas de forma sencilla<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1988\">1. Negaci\u00f3n: \u201cEsto no puede estar pasando\u201d<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2124\">Al principio, cuesta creer que la relaci\u00f3n haya terminado. Puede que sigas escribi\u00e9ndole, revisando el m\u00f3vil o pensando que volver\u00e9is.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2238\">Esta fase del duelo amoroso es una forma de <strong>protegernos<\/strong> del impacto emocional tan fuerte que supone una ruptura.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2290\">2. Enfado: rabia, frustraci\u00f3n y reproches<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2471\">Despu\u00e9s aparece el enfado. Puedes sentir rabia hacia tu expareja, hacia ti o incluso hacia el mundo en general. Surgen pensamientos como \u201cjug\u00f3 conmigo\u201d, \u00abtodo lo que me dijo fue mentira\u00bb o \u201c\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 me hizo esto?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2473\" data-end=\"2556\">Dentro de las <strong data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2514\">fases del duelo amoroso<\/strong>, esta etapa es inc\u00f3moda, pero muy com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2606\">3. Negociaci\u00f3n: darle vueltas al pasado<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2608\" data-end=\"2704\">En esta fase empiezan los \u201cy si\u2026\u201d.<br data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2645\" \/>\u201cSi hubiera actuado distinto\u2026\u201d<br data-start=\"2675\" data-end=\"2678\" \/>\u201cSi cambio, quiz\u00e1 vuelva\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2706\" data-end=\"2800\">Es una etapa en la que cuesta soltar y la mente busca cualquier forma de recuperar lo perdido.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2839\">4. Tristeza: sentir el vac\u00edo<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2841\" data-end=\"3015\">Aqu\u00ed el dolor se vuelve m\u00e1s profundo. Aparecen la tristeza, el llanto, la sensaci\u00f3n de soledad o el vac\u00edo. Es cuando realmente tomamos conciencia de la p\u00e9rdida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3125\">Aunque es una de las <strong data-start=\"3038\" data-end=\"3065\">fases del duelo amoroso<\/strong> m\u00e1s duras, tambi\u00e9n es necesaria para poder seguir adelante.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3132\" data-end=\"3180\">5. Aceptaci\u00f3n: empezar a mirar hacia delante<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3345\">Poco a poco, la herida va cerrando. No significa que olvides a la persona ni que no te importe lo que pas\u00f3, sino que aprendes a vivir con ello sin que duela tanto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3347\" data-end=\"3439\">En esta fase del duelo amoroso, empiezas a reconectar contigo, con tus planes y con tu vida. Empiezas a ganar autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3446\" data-end=\"3499\">\u00bfLas fases del duelo amoroso van siempre en orden?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3501\" data-end=\"3724\">No. Y esto es importante.<br \/>\n<br data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3529\" \/>Puedes avanzar, retroceder, saltarte fases o vivir varias a la vez. Un d\u00eda puedes sentirte bien y al siguiente volver a estar triste. No significa que est\u00e9s retrocediendo, sino que est\u00e1s sanando. <strong>Es parte del proceso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"3764\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nto dura el duelo amoroso?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3766\" data-end=\"3944\">No hay un tiempo exacto. Cada persona y cada relaci\u00f3n son diferentes.
