Tal vez incluso vivas con ellas rond\u00e1ndote a menudo. Esa sensaci\u00f3n de estar atrapado en pensamientos que parecen no tener fin, que te generan angustia y que, lejos de ayudarte a resolver nada, te hacen sentir agotado y sin energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"967\">A este fen\u00f3meno lo llamamos <strong data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"739\">sobrepensamiento<\/strong> u \u201coverthinking\u201d: darle vueltas una y otra vez a escenarios, la mayor\u00eda de las veces catastr\u00f3ficos e hipot\u00e9ticos, con la ilusi\u00f3n de que, si pensamos lo suficiente, podremos anticipar lo que venga y estar preparados para todo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1134\">El problema es que, en realidad, esa estrategia nos atrapa en un bucle de preocupaci\u00f3n constante, rob\u00e1ndonos calma, descanso y capacidad de disfrutar del ahora, del presente.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1171\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 le damos vueltas a lo mismo una y otra vez?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1498\">El ser humano siempre ha tenido una relaci\u00f3n complicada con la incertidumbre. En \u00e9pocas antiguas, cuando la supervivencia depend\u00eda de anticipar peligros, ser precavidos nos salvaba la vida. Pero en el mundo actual, donde rara vez nos enfrentamos a amenazas vitales, este mecanismo se ha convertido en un arma de doble filo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1733\">Nuestra mente trata de protegernos imaginando posibles problemas futuros. Sin embargo, lo que consigue es que vivamos como si esos problemas ya estuvieran ocurriendo. Y lo cierto es que la mayor\u00eda de ellos <strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1730\">nunca llegan a pasar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1774\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa cuando sobrepienso?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1831\">El sobrepensamiento funciona como un c\u00edrculo vicioso:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"2083\">\n<li data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1921\">\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1921\">Aparece un pensamiento autom\u00e1tico (por ejemplo: \u201c\u00bfy si nunca dejo de tener ansiedad?\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1972\">\n<p data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1972\">Intentamos resolverlo mentalmente, sin \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2021\">\n<p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2021\">Cuanto m\u00e1s pensamos, m\u00e1s ansiedad sentimos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2083\">\n<p data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2083\">Esa ansiedad alimenta nuevos pensamientos catastr\u00f3ficos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2107\">Y el bucle contin\u00faa.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2145\">Preguntas para reflexionar<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2224\">Para empezar a romper este c\u00edrculo, puede ayudarte plantearte lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2509\">\n<li data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2284\">\n<p data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2284\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas de las cosas que tem\u00edas realmente ocurrieron?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2341\">\n<p data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2341\">\u00bfLas que ocurrieron fueron tan graves como pensabas?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2435\">\n<p data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2435\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces descubriste que, a pesar de todo, s\u00ed fuiste capaz de manejar la situaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2436\" data-end=\"2509\">\n<p data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2509\">\u00bfRealmente ha servido de algo pasarte noches enteras d\u00e1ndole vueltas?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2645\">Estas preguntas nos devuelven a la realidad: muchas veces sufrimos por problemas que no existen o que no est\u00e1n bajo nuestro control.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2698\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo diferenciar qu\u00e9 merece mi atenci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2784\">Una herramienta sencilla que puedes empezar a usar es hacerte dos preguntas clave:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"3174\">\n<li data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2933\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2832\"><strong data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2830\">\u00bfEl problema es real o es hipot\u00e9tico?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2933\">\n<li data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2875\">\n<p data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2875\">Real: est\u00e1 ocurriendo aqu\u00ed y ahora.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2933\">\n<p data-start=\"2881\" data-end=\"2933\">Hipot\u00e9tico: a\u00fan no ha pasado (y quiz\u00e1 nunca pase).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"3174\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"2972\"><strong data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"2970\">\u00bfEs solucionable o no lo es?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3174\">\n<li data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3025\">\n<p data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3025\">Si es real y solucionable \u2192 pasa a la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3086\">\n<p data-start=\"3031\" data-end=\"3086\">Si es real y no solucionable \u2192 trabaja la aceptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3174\">\n<p data-start=\"3092\" data-end=\"3174\">Si es hipot\u00e9tico (la mayor\u00eda de las veces) \u2192 su\u00e9ltalo. No merece robarte la paz.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"3181\" data-end=\"3202\">Un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3204\" data-end=\"3586\">Aprender a salir del sobrepensamiento no es sencillo, pero s\u00ed posible. Una de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s efectivas es la <strong data-start=\"3315\" data-end=\"3337\">defusi\u00f3n cognitiva<\/strong>, que nos ense\u00f1a a relacionarnos de otra manera con los pensamientos: en lugar de luchar contra ellos o creerlos al pie de la letra, empezamos a verlos como lo que son, simples productos de nuestra mente que no tienen por qu\u00e9 definir nuestra vida.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3625\">\u00bfTe suena lo que has le\u00eddo?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3627\" data-end=\"3896\">Si sientes que el sobrepensamiento est\u00e1 afectando a tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda, quiero recordarte que no tienes por qu\u00e9 enfrentarlo sola.
