Pero\u2026 \u00bfy si te dijera que la ansiedad no viene a fastidiarte la vida? \u00bfY si te dijera que, en realidad, est\u00e1 intentando ayudarte?<\/span><\/p><h2 data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"682\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">\ud83e\udd2f \u00bfY si la ansiedad no fuera el problema?<\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"929\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">La ansiedad es una reacci\u00f3n natural del cuerpo y la mente. Es como una <strong>alarma<\/strong> que salta cuando algo dentro de ti se siente en <strong>peligro<\/strong>: una situaci\u00f3n incierta, una expectativa inalcanzable, una conversaci\u00f3n que evitas, una decisi\u00f3n que postergas.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1064\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">No siempre es agradable, claro. Eso es la ansiedad: la corriente que empuja cuando algo necesita tu atenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1380\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">\u00bfY si, en lugar de luchar contra ella, te paras a escuchar lo que intenta decirte?<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1556\"><li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1438\"><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1438\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">A veces dice: \u201cEst\u00e1s agotado, deja de exigirte tanto.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1495\"><p data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1495\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">Otras dice: \u201cNo est\u00e1s siendo coherente contigo mismo.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1556\"><p data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1556\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">Y otras simplemente dice: \u201cHay algo que no quieres mirar y necesitas hacerlo.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1588\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">No es c\u00f3moda, pero es <strong>honesta<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><h2 data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1618\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">\ud83e\udde0 La trampa del control<\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1880\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">Uno de los mayores problemas no es la ansiedad en s\u00ed, sino <strong data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1719\">la batalla constante por controlarla<\/strong>. A veces es una emoci\u00f3n bloqueada. A veces es una historia del pasado que pide ser mirada. Pero hay mucho poder en <strong data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2422\">hacerte preguntas distintas<\/strong>.<\/em><\/span><\/p><h2 data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2461\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">\ud83e\udded La ansiedad como br\u00fajula<\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2652\"><span style=\"color: #421d00;\">No se trata de eliminar la ansiedad, sino de <strong data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2533\">escucharla sin juicio<\/strong>. De convertirla en br\u00fajula, no en castigo.
